Cosmetic Production Specialist

What You'll Do: As a Cosmetic Production Specialist at ANFISA Skin, you will be a crucial architect of our physical products, deeply involved in every stage from meticulous preparation to final compounding. Your mission is to flawlessly execute pre-production, compounding, and post-production processes within our regulated environment, ensuring each product meets our uncompromising standards for quality and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Meticulous Pre-Production & Preparation:
- Execute comprehensive startup checks and complete all necessary documentation with precision. Manage raw material inventory for upcoming batches, ensuring all necessary components are accurately staged and ready for production the day prior.
- Diligently prepare and sanitize all compounding equipment and dedicated workspaces, adhering to ANFISA Skin’s stringent safety and CGMP standards.
II. Precision Compounding & Product Creation:
- Take ownership of the compounding process, expertly blending raw materials according to precise batch record instructions to create ANFISA Skin’s finished products.
- Uphold the highest levels of accuracy and quality control throughout every step of the compounding phase, ensuring formulation integrity and product consistency.
- Operate filling and associated packaging machinery efficiently and safely. Continuously monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent fill weights/volumes, proper sealing, and correct labeling.
- Set up, adjust, and change over filling machinery.
- Apply inner seals, liners, caps, and pumps by hand if required, ensuring they are seated correctly and evenly.
III. Rigorous Post-Production & Environmental Control:
- Systematically handle all tasks related to the tear-down, cleaning, and diligent maintenance of production equipment and workspaces after each production run.
- Ensure all production areas consistently meet and exceed ANFISA Skin’s cleanliness, sanitization, and safety standards, maintaining an impeccable production environment.
- Strictly adhere to all clean room practices and protocols, including the consistent and correct use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hairnets, lab coats, and masks, to prevent contamination and safeguard product quality.
IV. Inventory Integrity & Documentation Excellence:
- Precisely create, organize, and meticulously track all raw materials and bulk inventory utilizing ANFISA Skin’s digital inventory management system.
- Guarantee unwavering accuracy in all inventory counts and product tracking records, maintaining data integrity for seamless operations.
- Assist with other production-related tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the production team.

- Technically Adept: You are proficient with computer systems, including digital inventory management, and can perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Physically Capable: You can comfortably perform tasks requiring the ability to lift at least 45 lbs overhead and can manage the physical demands of a production environment

Executive Assistant to the Chief Creative Officer

We're seeking an exceptionally proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work closely with our Chief Creative Officer (CCO). You'll be their key partner, helping to manage their day-to-day work and enabling them to focus on big-picture projects and company goals. This is a unique opportunity to provide essential support for a fast-growing brand, contributing to its overall success.
What You'll Do
As the Executive Assistant, your primary job is to keep the CCO's schedule and tasks running smoothly. You'll anticipate their needs, handle detailed logistics, and ensure their time is used as effectively as possible.
Managing Daily Operations & Communication
- Start the day smoothly: Arrive at the office early to prepare the CCO's workspace and review their schedule. You’ll even make sure their preferred matcha is ready when they arrive.
- Manage information: Serve as the main point of contact for the CCO, handling communication with internal teams, the board, and outside partners. You'll manage a high volume of information with excellent judgment and discretion, keeping all confidential information secure.
- Stay organized: Take detailed notes, share information, and assign tasks as needed. You'll be a trusted contact for everyone you interact with, and your ability to stay on top of things means the CCO will never have to follow up on a task.
Planning and Managing the CCO's Time
- Strategically manage the calendar: You'll be in charge of the CCO’s daily, weekly, and long-term schedule, making sure it aligns with key business and creative priorities.
- Protect the schedule: You will group meetings together, set aside time for creative work, and ensure there are breaks for lunch and focused work whenever possible.
- Prepare for meetings: Ensure the CCO is fully prepared for every meeting by providing all necessary documents, agendas, and background information in advance.
- Solve problems proactively: Quickly identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or logistical issues to keep the day running efficiently.
Coordinating Projects and Events
- Assist with special projects: Help with projects from start to finish, making sure every detail is handled perfectly.
- Manage meetings and events: Handle all aspects of important meetings and events, including planning logistics, creating agendas, and following up afterward.
Creating Content
- Capture daily content: Film and create content for the CCO’s daily "Day in My Life" (DIML) vlogs. You'll need to be observant and skilled at capturing various moments throughout the day.
- Edit and produce videos: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging vlogs. This includes selecting clips, adding text and music, and ensuring the final video matches the brand's style.
Handling Travel and Logistics
- Arrange travel: Plan and manage all domestic and international business travel with precise, end-to-end itineraries.
- Handle logistics on the road: Serve as the primary logistical lead, ensuring a seamless travel experience. When traveling with the CCO, you'll ensure their day starts smoothly, including personally getting their preferred matcha so they can stay focused on business.
- Anticipate needs: Proactively plan for personal preferences to ensure the CCO is comfortable and healthy while traveling.

This role is crucial in ensuring every ANFISA Skin order is meticulously packed with precision, dispatched punctually, and reflects the elevated brand experience our customers anticipate. You will be essential to maintaining the unwavering quality and reliability that defines our brand.
What You'll Do: Delivering Operational Excellence & Seamless Fulfillment
As the Shipping Associate, you will be a hands-on contributor to the daily flow of ANFISA Skin's order fulfillment. Your mission is to uphold operational excellence by ensuring accurate picking, meticulous packing, and timely shipping, all while contributing to an organized and efficient inventory management system. You will play a vital role in maintaining a streamlined shipping station and contributing to the flawless execution of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Execution:
- Precision Processing Support: Actively participate in the accurate picking, meticulous packing (with keen attention to brand presentation standards), and timely shipping of all customer orders, ensuring each package reflects the ANFISA Skin essence.
- Carrier Operations Assistance: Assist with the daily operations related to shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), including efficient label generation and the preparation of shipment manifests. Adhere strictly to the policy that all printed labels must be fulfilled on the day of printing; pre-printing is not permitted to ensure freshness and accuracy of shipments.
- Documentation & Compliance Assistance: Support the meticulous maintenance of all shipping documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, complete, and fully compliant for both domestic and international shipments, in adherence to all relevant regulations and carrier requirements.
- Returns & Exchanges Processing: Promptly and accurately process customer returns and exchanges, including the thorough inspection of returned goods, and collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure a positive and seamless resolution for every customer inquiry.
II. Workspace Organization & Process Adherence:
- Operational Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, highly organized, and safe shipping station and storage area at all times, contributing to an efficient and secure work environment.
