Graphic Designer & Web Lead

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Web Lead
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid / Full-time)
Schedule: Must be NYC-based and available for weekly in-office days.

About the Role:

ANFISA Skin is seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed, and creatively driven Graphic Designer & Web Lead to join our team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of physical and digital brand expression, owning our packaging and print design while also managing and evolving our website.

As our Graphic Designer & Web Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of our visual and digital touchpoints, from packaging concept to print-ready files, and from routine site updates to full product launches. This role requires a sharp creative eye, precise attention to detail, and enough technical fluency to move quickly and independently. As our brand and digital footprint scale, responsibilities will evolve to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging & Print Design:
— Design primary and secondary packaging, including boxes, labels, inserts, jars, bottles, mailers, and other miscellaneous brand props, translating brand direction into production-ready packaging that stands out on shelf and in unboxing moments.
— Build and manage print-ready files (die lines, bleeds, CMYK/Pantone color matching, prepress checks) and work directly with printers and manufacturers, including overseas packaging partners, to review proofs and resolve production issues.
— Manage a high volume of design requests with quick, accurate turnarounds, from minor packaging revisions to net-new concepts, without compromising quality or brand consistency.
— Bring a genuine creative point of view to packaging and design decisions, proactively offering concepts and improvements rather than only executing direction.
— Support marketing, e-commerce, and social teams with occasional design needs as priorities require.

2. Website Management & Development:
— Manage, update, and code the ANFISA Skin website(s) on Shopify Plus, maintaining site health, design integrity, and functionality.
— Support and maintain multiple storefronts, including both DTC and B2B properties, ensuring each is optimized for its distinct customer and purchasing flow.
— Partner cross-functionally to build and QA landing pages, product pages, and campaign experiences for new product launches and key brand moments, working to tight timelines.
— Handle regular web updates, including content changes, merchandising, banners, new pages, app integrations, and bug fixes, keeping the site current and running smoothly.
— Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce platforms, apps, and tools, and bring recommendations that could improve the site's performance, conversion, or customer experience.
— Find efficient, resourceful solutions to web challenges, balancing best practice with the reality of a fast-moving, lean team.

3. Continuous Improvement Involvement:
— Document and refine design and web workflows (file naming, handoff processes, QA checklists) to standardize execution as the team and site scale.
— Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, high-growth environment, adapting to evolving brand needs and platform changes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

— 2+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that includes packaging and print production work.
— 2+ years of hands-on experience building or managing a Shopify storefront (Shopify Plus required), including basic Liquid/HTML/CSS. General web design or development experience
— Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus.
— Experience supporting more than one storefront model (e.g., DTC and B2B) preferred but not required.
— Experience working with overseas packaging manufacturers, including managing samples, production timelines, and quality control across time zones.
— Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn around accurate revisions quickly under tight deadlines.
— A genuine interest in beauty, skincare, or luxury CPG is a plus.

Content Associate

Job Title: Content Associate
Location: New York, NY (On-site / Full-time)
Reports To: Content Manager

About the Role:

You are hyper-organized, chronically online, and possess an instinct for raw, unpolished, internet-native storytelling. As the Content Associate, you are the operational brain and right-hand shadow to our Content Manager. Your primary mission is to protect the Content Manager’s creative flow—keeping them out of admin fatigue and away from their screen so they can stay behind the lens as much as possible. You hold the master timeline, own set logistics, capture lo-fi content, and build our daily TikTok presence in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The Operational Brain & CM Shadow:
— Calendar & Deadline Governance: Own the production schedule and master content calendar. Track every asset from concept through publishing, ruthlessly keeping the Content Manager and external editors on deadline.
— Administrative Defense: Handle shoot prep, workflow organization, and task tracking to clear administrative friction off the Content Manager’s plate.

2. TikTok Creation & Native Short-Form Execution:
— Daily TikTok Engine: Own the end-to-end execution of our organic TikTok feed. Edit short-form video natively (CapCut/TikTok) using raw footage, trending audio, and rapid-turnaround edits that fit the ANFISA aesthetic.
— Trend Translation: Spot emerging short-form formats, visual jokes, and audio trends, immediately translating them into native TikTok concepts for fast approval and deployment.

3. Lo-Fi Capture & On-Set Logistics:
— Candid Content Capture: Shadow the Content Manager during shoots, events, and moments to capture raw, unscripted, camera-roll-style iPhone footage for TikToks, stories, and BTS archives.
— Set & Prop Management: Working alongside the marketing interns, execute prop sourcing, physical set setups, breakdown, and workspace resets, letting the Content Manager focus purely on high-end camera work and aesthetic direction.

4. Asset Architecture & File Hygiene:
— Digital Workspace Prep: Cull, organize, tag, and structure all raw footage and photography immediately after shoots so the Content Manager and external editors step into clean, prepped edit suites.

Requirements & Qualifications:
— NYC-Based & Mobile: Available on the ground for shoots, location runs, prop sourcing, and IRL capture across New York.
— Master of Micro-Logistics: You love structure, organization, lists, and clear processes. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
— TikTok Native: You understand short-form pacing, hook mechanics, on-screen text hierarchies, and audio trends inside and out.
— Agile & Autonomous: You work fast, adapt instantly on set, and know how to anticipate needs before they are voiced

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Benefits: Employee discount

About the Role:

We are seeking a Kitting & Assembly Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, floor-based manufacturing environment. If you are detail-obsessed and love working on your feet, you belong on our line.

— Execute precision manual sealing and secondary packaging of high-end skincare containers (jars, tubes, bottles).
— Manually place primary packaging into custom inserts, ensuring zero cosmetic blemishes or structural flaws pass through your station.
— Conduct rapid, repetitive manual movements with a high level of dexterity to maintain steady, efficient production line rhythms.
— Keep your designated workstation pristine, organized, and free from any physical chaos or cross-contamination.

2. Kitting & Unboxing Architecture:
— Pre-assemble and bundle multi-product sets, limited-edition seasonal drops, and specialized influencer mailer kits.
— Rigorous arrange custom packaging, including protective partitions, custom-branded boxes, and product inserts, exactly matching the design specs.
— Translate highly aesthetic conceptual packaging ideas into neat, shelf-ready, and retail-compliant finished units.

3. Precision Labeling & Traceability:
— Apply custom labels, tamper-evident seals, and batch/lot codes aligned; no crooked edges, no air bubbles, no exceptions.

— Aesthetic Intuition: You instinctively get the ANFISA brand standard. You understand that our products require a flawlessly packaged final product.

Qualifications:
— Experience on a production line, warehouse kitting, cosmetic/food packaging, or a fast-paced fulfillment environment is preferred but not required.
— High School Diploma or equivalent required.
— Proven ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
