Cosmetic Production Specialist

What You'll Do: As a Cosmetic Production Specialist at ANFISA Skin, you will be a crucial architect of our physical products, deeply involved in every stage from meticulous preparation to final compounding. Your mission is to flawlessly execute pre-production, compounding, and post-production processes within our regulated environment, ensuring each product meets our uncompromising standards for quality and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Meticulous Pre-Production & Preparation:
- Execute comprehensive startup checks and complete all necessary documentation with precision. Manage raw material inventory for upcoming batches, ensuring all necessary components are accurately staged and ready for production the day prior.
- Diligently prepare and sanitize all compounding equipment and dedicated workspaces, adhering to ANFISA Skin’s stringent safety and CGMP standards.
II. Precision Compounding & Product Creation:
- Take ownership of the compounding process, expertly blending raw materials according to precise batch record instructions to create ANFISA Skin’s finished products.
- Uphold the highest levels of accuracy and quality control throughout every step of the compounding phase, ensuring formulation integrity and product consistency.
- Operate filling and associated packaging machinery efficiently and safely. Continuously monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent fill weights/volumes, proper sealing, and correct labeling.
- Set up, adjust, and change over filling machinery.
- Apply inner seals, liners, caps, and pumps by hand if required, ensuring they are seated correctly and evenly.
III. Rigorous Post-Production & Environmental Control:
- Systematically handle all tasks related to the tear-down, cleaning, and diligent maintenance of production equipment and workspaces after each production run.
- Ensure all production areas consistently meet and exceed ANFISA Skin’s cleanliness, sanitization, and safety standards, maintaining an impeccable production environment.
- Strictly adhere to all clean room practices and protocols, including the consistent and correct use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hairnets, lab coats, and masks, to prevent contamination and safeguard product quality.
IV. Inventory Integrity & Documentation Excellence:
- Precisely create, organize, and meticulously track all raw materials and bulk inventory utilizing ANFISA Skin’s digital inventory management system.
- Guarantee unwavering accuracy in all inventory counts and product tracking records, maintaining data integrity for seamless operations.
- Assist with other production-related tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the production team.

Key Responsibilities
I. Executive Operations & Communications Flow
- Flawless Daily Start: You'll arrive at the office in advance daily to guarantee the CCO’s day begins without a hitch. This involves checking their calendar the day before and using a real-time tracking app to anticipate their arrival, ensuring their preferred matcha is procured and waiting on their desk.
- Information Management: You will serve as the CCO's primary informational conduit and gatekeeper, managing the flow of communication with impeccable judgment and discretion. You will handle highly confidential information with absolute integrity, serving as a trusted liaison between the CCO and internal teams, the board, and external partners.
- Organizational Excellence: Organization is the bedrock of this position. You will be responsible for taking meticulous notes, dispensing information, and assigning tasks as needed, ensuring you are a trusted point of contact for everyone from internal teams to external partners. Your ability to stay one step ahead means the CCO will never have to follow up on a task or question.
II. Strategic Calendar & Time Architecture
- Time Architect: You will masterfully architect and protect the CCO’s daily, weekly, and long-term schedule, always looking and planning the day ahead to align it with strategic business objectives and creative priorities.
- Vigilant Guardian: You will act as a vigilant guardian of the CCO's time, strategically clustering meetings, scheduling dedicated creative sessions, and ensuring buffers for lunch and deep work whenever possible.

You’ll need a keen eye for storytelling and a proactive approach to capturing content on the fly, including moments in the lab, during meetings, and while traveling.
- Editing & Production: You will take ownership of editing and stitching together the raw content into cohesive and compelling DIML vlogs for posting. This involves selecting key clips, adding text, music, and other elements to create a polished and engaging final product that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
V. Seamless Travel & Logistical Mastery
- You will orchestrate complex domestic and international business travel with flawless precision, creating detailed, end-to-end itineraries that account for every logistical detail.
- You will serve as the advanced logistical lead for all business travel, ensuring a seamless experience from departure to return.
- When accompanying the CCO on travel, you'll ensure a seamless start to the day by personally delivering their preferred matcha to their room upon waking, enabling peak readiness for the day's commitments.
- You will proactively anticipate and cater to personal preferences to ensure comfort, health, and efficiency while traveling, allowing the CCO to remain focused on the business at hand.

What You'll Do: Delivering Operational Excellence & Seamless Fulfillment
As the Shipping Associate, you will be a hands-on contributor to the daily flow of ANFISA Skin's order fulfillment. Your mission is to uphold operational excellence by ensuring accurate picking, meticulous packing, and timely shipping, all while contributing to an organized and efficient inventory management system. You will play a vital role in maintaining a streamlined shipping station and contributing to the flawless execution of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Execution:
- Precision Processing Support: Actively participate in the accurate picking, meticulous packing (with keen attention to brand presentation standards), and timely shipping of all customer orders, ensuring each package reflects the ANFISA Skin essence.
- Carrier Operations Assistance: Assist with the daily operations related to shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), including efficient label generation and the preparation of shipment manifests. Adhere strictly to the policy that all printed labels must be fulfilled on the day of printing; pre-printing is not permitted to ensure freshness and accuracy of shipments.
- Documentation & Compliance Assistance: Support the meticulous maintenance of all shipping documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, complete, and fully compliant for both domestic and international shipments, in adherence to all relevant regulations and carrier requirements.
- Returns & Exchanges Processing: Promptly and accurately process customer returns and exchanges, including the thorough inspection of returned goods, and collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure a positive and seamless resolution for every customer inquiry.
