Each launch teaches us valuable lessons about what to do differently next time and the mistakes we won't repeat. Thanks to your support as our team continues to grow and our dreams for future products are never-ending. I was particularly thrilled to work closely with our R&D team on this product. The battle against dry lips seems never-ending, and I know many of us have a million lip products stashed everywhere—from purses to gym bags to cars.
